I also looked for an "in-town" contractor when I discovered a plumbing emergency at my home, but had a very different experience than "Lisa S." below. Brian showed up within an hour or so of my call for service, and had to dig to locate and then jackhammer the stuck lid off of my septic inlet (in 90 degree heat) to snake the clogged drain properly. He did an outstanding job and charged what I felt was a very fair rate for his services. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
