Hands down this was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Polite, well-prepared, professional just start to describe how well this all came out. He recognized the urgency of the situation and it was worth the wait. Pricing is fair as well.
They promptly called back and quickly set up an appointment. Bob showed up early and was courteous, he also took the time to explain what he would be doing. He also cleaned up after he left. Would highly recommend Bob.
Bob arrived right on time. He put paper booties over his shoes as he entered the house. He looked at our problem and in less than five minutes had it solved. Although we didn't have to, we'd be willing to pay twice the going rate for someone this conscientious and knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong calling Cyrious Plumbing.
Bob was quick to repond to our call. He was very thorough in finding where our water leak was coming from. When he fixed the leak he made sure that it was done efficiently. Bob was a great person to work with.
