Good job, you guys just lost a ton of good business.
First of all, this place told me they had the bike I wanted for the price I wanted. When I said I'd come pick it up, they said oh wait, it'll be here tomorrow. That same story played out for 3 days. The day they finally get it, we agreed on a specific price for the bike. He tells me to call him back when I'm ready to head out so he can prep the bike for me. I call and he goes around and sells the bike to someone else! What kind of business is that? I stepped out of work several times this week just to make a phone call to make sure they had the bike I wanted. After all of that and getting geared up, hooking up my trailer and everything, they turn around and tell me they sold the bike to someone else. I will never deal with this place again, which is too bad because I thought there could have been a great business relationship started here. I was prepared to buy loads of bikes from this place if this deal went through smoothly.
